Lynn was talking about how she hates living in Trump’s Orwellian world and it turns out 6/25 was George Orwell’s birthday. 1903. Trump’s press secretary told Fox (I refuse to say News) that Trump invented the phrase “Peace through Strength.” And she said the bunker buster bombs he dropped on Iran had “totally obliterated” their nuclear facility. Orwellian. And wrong. Peace through strength has been uttered by thousands throughout the centuries and it was Roman Emperor Hadrian who supposedly coined it. The Iranian nuclear facility, by U.S. and Israeli intelligence assessments, was not “obliterated.” Black is white. Day is night.
