A sign for new lofts being developed on Hatfield and 47th streets boasts rooftop decks. One of the developers, Ben Macguire of BM Architect, LLC., says the company chose this part of the neighborhood because of the “wide streets and central location on this particular part of Hatfield. It has a tremendously high walk score, and the close proximity to previous development … helps buyers to have confidence in the neighborhood on the whole.” -
