Drink: Tokyo gimlet
Ingredients: Aviation gin, TY KU sake, fresh lime, yuzu, cucumber
Our take: Notes of nori are present on the nose, while the cucumber cools and the black pepper adds complexity and zip. Yuzu is refreshing and floral when combined with the sake, which adds floral perfume.

Drink: Classic gimlet
Ingredients: Hendrick’s gin, lime, simple syrup, lime wheel
Our take: Classic and clean with a slightly sweet edge, this cocktail is a standard for a reason. Notes of rose and cool cucumber make this drink booze-forward without being bracing.
