Kitchen Position. Fat Butcher is seeking an organized cook to help with prep, working the line, preparing wholesale orders, and assisting with merchandising. There is a lot of room for creativity if the basics are done well. The top priority is cleanliness. There’s a supportive staff who are very detail-oriented when it comes to HACCP requirements (recording temperatures, dates, lot numbers, etc).
