Pittsburgh City Paper was on-site at the 2013 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival from June 7 – June 16. Three Rivers Arts Festival quickly grew from the “little outdoor art show” to what is today the region’s largest multidisciplinary showcase of visual art and performing arts. This year there were performances by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, River City Brass Band & more.
