Students participating in the Andy Warhol Museum’s School of Drag performed on Friday evening, bringing what they have learned to the stage. Shannon Thompson, Associate Director of Learning at the Warhol, addressed the crowd prior to the performance stating, “We did dress rehearsal last night and I think everyone teared up a little so get ready, grab a tissue if you think you might need one because you definitely will.” The School of Drag’s head instructor Mr. LaFoole kicked off the performance with an action-packed dance routine before five students showcased their skills in front of an excited audience.
