Lynn is talking about her difficulty reading and being interested in the news currently. She’s overwhelmed with all the negativity. It is weighing her down as an empathic person. It’s times like this that we need good news, and some uplifting. Not everything going on is horrible, but you wouldn’t know it based on what is included in the newspapers, and on tv news. One such story that stood out to Lynn over the weekend was about life in Finland.
