Commons, North Side. $20-75. bestofpgh.com — Sorry to shamelessly self-promote but City Paper’s 2019 Best Of Party at Nova Place is stacking up to be an incredible time, with live acts including Benji., incredible stunts by Iron City Circus Arts and Pittsburgh Circus Arts Collaborative, and great food from top-rated area restaurants. Most importantly – at least in the case of this column – is the silent disco dance party with Best Of winner DJ Breis and runner-up DJ Femi. Resident CP DJs Grooveline and Snowbunni will also be there to round out the musical offerings. Plus, tickets cost only $20 if you just want to dance.

Check out the Fresh Fest after-party at Spirit, with music by the Make Sure You Have Fun team. Dance to a sweet selection of rap, hip hop, dancehall, trap and more. You can also be one of the first to try the craft beer collaboration between Make Sure You Have Fun and Hop Farm Brewing Company.
