Time keeps a rolling by and this week’s MP3 Monday keeps things moving, in a good way.
Murder for Girls, formed earlier this year, describe itself as a rock band. Their new EP does sound as such, but it also has a ’80s punk vibe. The band, with three of its four members female, can be easily compared to Bikini Kill because of both bands female presence. But the comparison goes further than gender, and Murder for Girls pulls off the accessibility of a rock band with a punk edge. Take a listen and see what you think.
